Return Processing & Sustainability

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item first and place a new order once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs, handling fees, and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped to our designated international warehouse.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons (including refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel), an administration and shipping fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
